Hair Tip: Drying with Less Frizz

Letting your hair air dry takes a long time.  Sitting under a dryer gets boring.  Using a blow dryer makes your arms and hands sore.  So if you're like me and you just want to get the drying process over with, I suggest you towel dry your hair.  But not just any towel.  When you dry your hair with regular towels, it will most likely frizz up (especially if you have a TWA).  It is recommended that you use an old (clean) t-shirt when  it is time to dry your hair.  Some stores like CurlMart have special towels that are made to leave your hair less frizzy, but it can be costly.  I recently purchased a Microfiber Hair Towel from the Dollar Tree for a dollar (go figure), and it works wonderfully.  The only negative thing I have to say is that it is small.  If your hair is longer, you may have a hard time fitting all your hair in it.  At any rate, you just wash your hair and tie the towel around your head.  The majority of the water will be absorbed in no time!
