Jazz musician/singer Esperanza Spalding riled up many pre-teen girls in 2011 when she won the Best New Artist Grammy over heartthrob Justin Beiber. The win was well deserved. She has been around since 2006 and has had a slew of under the radar hits along the way. Her latest album Radio Music Society contains today's song Crowned and Kissed. This song is such a great interpretation of what a loving relationship should be. I love her style and she has a pretty impressive Afro. She is Black Gold!
